Dynamic Balancing

Excessive vibration in rotating machinery can cause unacceptable levels of noise and more importantly, substantially reduce the life of shaft, bearings, motors, pumps, fans, compressors, etc. Nextech Northeast offers vibration based conditioned monitoring and analysis which identifies and corrects machinery balance conditions, bent shafts, mechanical looseness, bearing faults, cavitations, motor problems and gear faults.

ServiceEngineering™

The principle owners of Nextech Northeast pioneered performance tasking and standards that by design clearly communicate to customers and technicians the exact scope of work the customer has purchased. Nextech Northeast calls their tasking process ServicEngineering. The primary difference in Nextech Northeast’s tasking is that it is continuously updated and improved by field technicians, not by managers and sales people.
